Purchase Policy   Shipping and insurance are additional.  Payment must be made by postal money order or cashier's check, or personal check (which requires clearance).  Satisfaction is guaranteed. Buyer must notify seller via E-mail of intent to return within three days of receiving merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original condition at buyer's expense within 10 days of receipt, prepaid with insurance.  A refund will be issued upon satisfactory return of merchandise. Virginia residents must pay 4.5% sales tax.
