"Simplicity made this unit for themselves and for Montgomery Wards. So sometime someone might tell you it is a MW unit but it still was built by Simplicity. Basically the same unit only different ID tags.
The aluminum ID tag you are missing was on the fender that is missing over the wheel. The single wheel is a rare item and when you do locate one it must have been a common practice to remove the fender as most are missing the fender."
